My experience working with John was a pleasant one. My girlfriend and I were looking to either rent or buy in the San Diego area. John asked me to describe what we were looking for and what areas. By the next day, he had already organized a list of options for us and had set up times to go see the subject properties. John was not only eager to help, but respected my legal knowledge of the industry and didn't babysit us, he told me what we needed to hear and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable. He was also willing to contact other agents/brokers to request more information on the property so that we didn't waste any time with a place that didn't meet our needs. We ended up renting instead of buying, but I wish I had hired John when I bought and sold my first house, I know I will hire him to help me on my next purchase.
